OPEN ARTS WORTHING

Open Arts Worthing has sprung from the success of Worthing Open Houses. Established by the four key partners of open houses, the aim is to promote and support the funding of artwork, artists and organisations in this sleepy West Sussex town.

These four residents of Worthing with complimentary skills and experience are:

Alison Milner (MA Royal College of Art) - Practising designer maker for twenty five years. Clients have included Royal Doulton and Habitat 

Iain Macpherson - (MA Chelsea School of Art) Sculptor and Typographer. Director of VAAG | design

Martin Mitchell - Events organiser and enthusiast. Founder of ‘Big Productions’

Steve Speller (BA Bournemouth) – Practising commercial photographer of twenty-five years. Recent solo exhibition in the National Portrait Gallery.

For a limited period, personal membership of Worthing Open Arts is £1. You will receive a monthly newsletter and have the opportunity of a permanent contact web page with a photograph of your work, details of your practice and any links and contact details you want to include.

We envisage this website becoming a useful resource and we hope in the future to be able to attract funding for our members.

We are an inclusive organisation, so anyone of any age and of any discipline can join us
